Yes and no well there should be a choice because sometimes students have downtime and some students are really busy so students should have a choice to pick wheter or not to voulenteer their time because if you force them they might miss homework but if they voulenteer themselves and their free then its fine but i think they should have a choice.

like i was saying what if the kids are trying to rest from a shcool week of testing and would like to refresh for the nevt week of school or just want a break. Like if your sone or daughter say there in high schol and they play multi sports have a meet in track a game the next day and have to have a report done by the following monday and its sunday and they need to write a 5 page report on a book they artne even done reading thats my opinion what is yours??????????
Kids should have a choice to volunteer because it's not right for teachers to force their students to do a certain task. Besides kids might have a plans for something else.

I think that kids should be forced too volunteer because if they don't want to tell you they don't understand and they don't volunteer they might fail that question if it's on a test.

yes and no because it would be nice to have help of a community but volunteer by definition is choice not being forced.
