After reading the article "Outlaw Saggy Pants" in Scholastic News, give your opinion on this issue. State your opinion and explain your thoughts. Be honest and support your answer.
I agree with johnathon people shouldnt wear there pants like that but we shouldnt punish them for it.Personally I dont like to see people running around with there underwear showing but that dosent mean we should fine them.I feel if you see someone like that you and it makes you feel uncomfortable you should thell them to pull their pants up.I really dont think you would hurt there feelings.On the other hand I dont really think much parents would appreciate there kids seeing other peoples underwear every where they go so.
I think that whereing your close like that is stupid.Its really stupid because when you seed kids around people who are whereing the saggy pants don't pull them up and it's a shame because there the role models.But,when people like to where thier close like that its thier choice but they should try to do the right thing.People think thier cool but there not.They think they can just walk around with thier pants half way around thier waist but they can think again.The kids in this school are getting it from the teens on the steet. I think your asking how do I know well,teens come down my street all the time on skateboards with thier pants saggy.So believe me I've seen it before.But on the other hand what if something easily ripped of there pants.Everyone would be laughing and that is the whole reason I don't let my brother where his pants like that.If I saw a boy with his pants like that I would call him out.I actually lagh when a boy comes down my street with his pants saggy.If I were peresident I would make that a law.
I think saggy pants are bad. Nothing is right about everyone seeing your butt! Young people walking down the strret with their mom oe dad and see a bigger boy with his pants down and want to do the same. Some people do it because they think its cool,like at school, but its a lot more lame than cool. Lots of kids also wear belts,and the belts don't do much, that just means to me that its time to get a new belt. Belts are really not that much money, so its not that hard to get one at the store. If the law makes no shaggy pants, i will jump around and start looking for pulled up pants!
it is weard for pepole to do that, it is a bad influnce on littler kids.It teaches them that it ok to let other people see your underwear that is not right.but i dont think it is right that they made that law,and they have to pay that is not fare to other kids!but i agrey it is not good for your pante to sag down but the law is dumb.why do the kids do that dose it make them look cool or something.
I agree with Johnathon. My opinion is that it shouldn not be a law. You should just get some tighter pants that won't fall down. Also if you see it, you should tell the person to pull up thier pants so they won't get fined. I also don't like to see people like that with thier pants down under thier waist. You can see thier boxers or whatever they're wearing. Also, they should wear a belt so their pants don't fall. Also if you do that in school, you can get sent to the princaples office and probably get suspended for doing that. And if you are doing sports, they could fall all the way down and you will be embaressed because of sagging and you can trip and fall if you are racing and if your in first place, you can become last place ahnd get nothing and lose.

I agree there should be a law because kids might start to where there pants like that and there mom doesn't want them to. They will get in trouble for something they saw and wore.I don't like it.
I think there should be no law about saggy pant, because if a byo was running down the street to catch his bus and his pant start to fall down.There is also a officer right across the street and did not see the bus but saw the boy with his pant a little to far down his waist so the cop stops him and gives him a fine because his pants were two far down his waist. In some ways i agree having your pants to far below your waist is not the best way to have your pants.My parents would disagree with me because they think whether your running or not you should pull up your pants regardless.I would disagree even thought its not the best way to wear your pants.
